Every project is a property, and every property has a set of facts you keep coming back to: where it is, what type it is, how many bedrooms, the floor area, the MLS number. Listing details lets you record all of that on the project itself, so the moment you open it to stage another photo, the listing's facts are right there next to your rooms and stagings.
It is purely for your own reference and organisation. Listing details never touch your photos, use no AI, and cost no credits.
What you can capture
The listing details dialog collects the facts an agent or photographer keeps on hand, grouped so it stays quick to fill:
- Identity: the address, the property type (House, Apartment / Unit, Townhouse, Villa, Duplex, Land, Rural / Acreage, Commercial, or Other), whether it is for sale or for rent, and a free-text property style (for example "Mid-century modern" or "Victorian terrace").
- Features: bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage spaces, each with a stepper. Bathrooms count in halves, so a 2.5-bathroom home is easy to record.
- Size: floor area and land area, in either sq ft or m².
- Reference: a listing reference, such as your MLS or agency ID.
- Tags: short labels for quick flags.
- Description: free text for the selling points worth remembering.
How to add them
Open the project menu
On the project page, click the kebab menu (the three dots) in the top-right corner and choose Listing details.

The dialog groups the fields so you can move top to bottom: address and type first, then features, size, reference, tags, and the description. Type freely into the text fields, use the steppers for bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage, and pick your area unit once.

Click Save. The button stays disabled until you have actually changed something, so you can open the dialog to check the details without risking an accidental save. Reopen it any time to update or clear a field.
How they appear
Once you have saved at least one field, a listing details panel appears on the project page, above your rooms. It reads as a compact fact strip: the property type, sale or rent, and style, followed by bedroom, bathroom, and garage counts with icons, then floor and land area, the address, and the reference. Any tags show as pills beneath the facts, and the description sits below that.
Fields you left blank never show, and if you clear everything the whole panel disappears again, so the project page only ever shows real information.
